Lauren

MA, BCBA, LBA

Lauren is the owner of VPABA. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Elementary Education with endorsements in Reading Interventions and Structured English Immersion. She earned her Master's Degree from Arizona State University in both Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Arizona as well as a Certified Autism Specialist.

Andrew

MA, BCBA, LBA

Andrew is a lifelong Arizona resident and attended Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University to achieve a Bachelors Degree in Psychology as well as a Masters Degree in Special Education and Applied Behavioral Analysis.

Andrew has been working in the field of ABA for over 6 years and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Mitchell

MA, BCBA

Mitchell earned a BS in Psychology with a minor in Autism Studies and an MA in ABA with an emphasis in Trauma-Informed Care from Southeast Missouri State University. He enjoys celebrating the little wins and helping families build meaningful, lasting skills for everyday life. Outside of work, he loves concerts and collecting records, connecting with nature, and traveling with his wife.

Darrin

Chief Operations Officer

Darrin Anderson serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Valley Pediatric ABA. He brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in education, school operations, and organizational management. Darrin holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Northern Colorado. Throughout his career, he has led school and organizational operations, facility development, human resources, strategic planning, and organizational growth. At VPABA, Darrin oversees the organization's day-to-day operations, business development, compliance, human resources, and expansion initiatives, helping ensure the highest level of support for the families and communities VPABA serves.

Elleen

BA, Clinic Coordinator

Elleen is the Clinic Coordinator at Valley Pediatric ABA, known for her warm, organized, and supportive personality. With previous experience as an ABA technician, she brings a strong understanding of client care and team collaboration to her role. Elleen is passionate about creating a positive, welcoming environment for both clients and staff. Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her creativity through art.

At Valley Pediatric ABA we have qualified trained RBT'S working with children who have Autism. They have a range of techniques to help with communication and behavioral skills.

Offering ABA Therapy services in Mesa, Arizona, we use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, individualized for each child's needs. Applied Behavior Analysis can be life-changing for those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, along with typically developing children and their families. We are actively working in our community to provide evidence-based, high-quality ABA services specifically in the school setting. Whether the goal is to decrease problem behaviors, increase independence, or improve academic performance, our team is here to guide your family.
